Jessica Tomlin — Registered Physiotherapist, London Ontario
Hi, I'm Jessica — a registered physiotherapist at Break Free Physiotherapy and Wellness and a registered physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor physiotherapy and postpartum rehabilitation in London, Ontario.
I was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph, then a research-based Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on neuroscience at the University of Waterloo, and finally my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. I've been treating patients across their lifespan ever since.
My special interest is pelvic health — helping people with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, and the full range of challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As a mom myself, I know firsthand that there are real challenges during pregnancy and beyond. I love helping new mamas feel strong, understood, and supported through that transition.
I believe that every person has a unique pain experience. Treatment plans at Break Free are built around you — your goals, your body, your life.

My Clinical Approach
I design every treatment plan around the individual in front of me. I believe movement is central to rehabilitation — and I work to help people become more active in a way that feels safe and sustainable. For pelvic health patients, I understand that these are sensitive, often private concerns. My approach is warm, thorough, and judgment-free.
I've completed extensive training in pelvic health and dry needling, and I integrate acupuncture where it adds clinical value — particularly for chronic pelvic pain and postpartum recovery.
