Tarra D'hoine — Registered Physiotherapist, London Ontario
Hi, I'm Tarra — a registered physiotherapist at Break Free Physiotherapy and Wellness in London, Ontario.
I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, then came back to my hometown of London to finish my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. London is home, and I love being part of its community.
My approach to physiotherapy is simple: it revolves entirely around you. I want to understand your goals first — and then figure out how physiotherapy can help you get there. I use education, self-management strategies, and exercise-based rehabilitation to help people feel empowered in their recovery, not dependent on it.
I have a particular love for working with active people — weekend warriors, recreational athletes, and anyone who wants to move more safely and confidently. I especially enjoy treating hockey players (I played women's AA hockey myself, so I know the game well).

My Clinical Approach
I believe physiotherapy should leave you more capable and confident — not reliant on coming back forever. My sessions focus on teaching you to understand your body, manage your symptoms, and build the strength and movement habits that keep you doing what you love.
I work with people at all activity levels — from those who are completely new to exercise and want to start safely, to competitive athletes managing injuries and returning to sport.
